JonasDostert‘Carambolage’,Mosel,Germany21/22

<p><i> I had a small batch of red Pinot Noir from the 2022 vintage, but it slipped into a ‘ macération carbonique ’ during fermentation. I’m not a big fan of this style, so I decided not to bottle it solo. The carambolage thus became a ‘ gros carambolage ’ (mass carambolage) as all four of my grape varieties are involved. The wine has remained true to its previous style. Much more playful and experimental than the other wines in the range. – Jonas Dostert</i></p>
