Long, harmonious finish dominated by zesty, lemon freshness.Separate, small lot, fermentation followed by ageing in bottle on its lees for 7 years. Zero dosage (Brut Nature) style Champagne, so bone dry in taste.In the cellars the production is completely traditional, wherever possible done by hand.
