<p>Lighter than your standard Blaufränkisch, this is reminiscent of a young Nebbiolo with notes of rose and raspberry on the nose. On the palate there is a bright acidity and a low dose of tannin, due to only 4 days spent on the skins, with a fun sour cherry flavour. There’s also a bit of a spritz to it upon opening.
