<p>Unaged Rye from Finland, made by Northmen for the Northmen. </p><p><em>Kyro Distillery</em> is situated in the Isokyro region of Finland and began producing spirits in 2014. Based in what was once the<em> “most famous cheese factory in Finland”</em>, the idea for the distillery came about in a sauna, and has flourished from there. Kyro specialises in Rye products and has created a range of Rye-based spirits, including both Gin and Whisky. This is definitely a distillery to watch, both because of their innovation, and also their much anticipated 2017 release of an oak matured Rye whisky. </p><p>The crystal clear <em>Juuri Unaged Rye</em> is made from the finest Finnish ingredients and is some of the best new make spirit available. Malted to perfection, the Rye spirit is not left to mature, although the distillery does have a release of an oak matured rye whisky in 2017.
