<p>Kilchoman Beija-flor Bourbon Single Cask 11 YO – 55.2%</p><p> The first single cask of Kilchoman for the Italian market with 11 years of age, bottled exclusively for Beija-flor. This is the single ex-Bourbon #140 barrel, distilled on 27 March 2008 and bottled on 4 October 2019. Peated at 50ppm, it is an uncoloured, undiluted and uncold-filtered whisky, with a natural alcohol content of 55.2% . Limited edition of 215 bottles.</p><p><p>TASTING NOTES:</p></p><p>Aroma: Caramel and vanilla sweetness, soft fruit, coastal notes and hints of light peat.</p><p><p>Palate: Noticeable citrus, butterscotch, barbecue smoke with cinnamon and lemon notes.</p></p><p>Finish: Long and elegant, with sweet fruit and light peat smoke.</p><p>
