The seasonal and all strictly local botanicals are harvested by hand and then preserved throughout the year, including wild angelica root, mint, meadowsweet, fuchsia, elderberry flowers and berries. A wonderful mix of maritime and herbaceous botanicals, makes this excellent Irish Craft Gin perfect to enjoy in a G&T with a small sprig of mint.</p><p>Aroma: A subtle maritime influence is accompanied by fragrant elderflower and meadow floral notes, with a beautiful balsamic freshness. Palate: Full-bodied, with refreshing mint, berry sweetness and pungent juniper. Still a slight saltiness. Finish: long and fresh. </p>
