And because the rhythms of the seasons inform everything that we do, the best grapes are picked at the right time, pressed, fermented and blended by our wine-makers, the result is award-winning wines you can’t help but want to share.Grape: Chardonnay, 30% fermented on French oak staves (remainder in steel), aged on lees for 3 months for creamy texture.The balance of the fresh citrus fruits and rich melon characters give the wine a full, rounded palate that combines well with the subtle creaminess and nuttiness of the gentle oak.
