<p>Cornwall | EnglandThe palate is bone dry and wonderfully delicate, with flavours of fresh apple and pear.About the ProducerThe grapes were harvested by hand and gently whole bunch pressed. The juice was then fermented cool and slowly in stainless steel tanks for over 6 months using the natural yeast present on the grapes.
