The palate is harmonious and lively, characterized by a refreshing acidity and gentle creaminess leading to a long, fruity finish. </p><p>L’Antica Quercia, named after an ancient oak tree more than 500 years old, is a small hamlet with a wonderful view over the peaks of the Dolomites and the Venitian lagoon. Picture walking through a vineyard, looking at everything that surrends it and then sitting under an old oak tree to listen to the silence.
