Great development potential.Grape varierty: Lagrein – Alto Adige DOC – indigenous South Tyrolean grape variety.Production area:Porphyritic alluvial soils, clayey sand, very deep with a very high water retention potential. Single vineyard.Vinification:Hand-picked, 3 vintages, spontaneous maceration with 30% stems in open tonneaux for approx. 6 weeks. At a young age, he was allowed to help him work in the vineyards in Santa Maddalena (Bolzano) and thus gain his first experiences in viticulture and wine production. At the age of 13, Luis made his first wine under the guidance of his godfather.
