<p>:Brilliant, clear, bright cherry-red with a ruby shimmer. Pronounced aromatic, fresh, fruity aroma reminiscent to wild strawberry and cherry, mineral notes. (750 – 980 feet). Deep and rich alluvial soils.Vinification:Gentle whole cluster pressing. Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
