<p>LAKES THE ONE – MOSCATEL WINE CASK FINISH (70CL, 46.6% Vol.)This edition of The One is a blend of Lakes Distillery Single Malt and selected Scottish malt and grain whiskies, with a portion of slightly peated whisky. The careful mix was finished for a year in Moscatel Sherry Casks personally selected in Portugal by Whiskeymaker Dhavall Gandhi.</p><p>Aroma: Elegant and slightly smoky, with apricot jam and honey. Palate: Notes of cinnamon and distant smoke accompany the fruity sweetness, with a honeyed note. Finish: Long and warm, yellow fruit and a veil of smoke.</p>
