<p>Lambrusco Salamino di S.Croce DOC 2022 – Cantina di Carpi and Sorbara</p><p>From the pure vinification of native Salamino di Santa Croce grapes. The origin is the classic one from the Concordia area in the province of Modena. The vinification involves soft pressing, first fermentation in steel and refermentation in the bottle with second fermentation and rest on the fine lees, without disgorgement.</p><p>In appearance, the wine has a brilliant and impenetrable ruby ​​red colour, with a rich and thin foam. The scent is rich in hints of red fruits such as blackberries and cherries.
