<p>Produced with grapes harvested early, in the first weeks of September. The result is a fresh and fruity wine reminiscent of summer.</p><p>The grapes thus harvested are then subjected to a soft pressing, and subsequent vinification in steel. No malolactic fermentation so that the young characters of freshness are preserved.</p><p>Classic straw yellow color and greenish reflections. Delicate aromas given by the youth of the wine, fruity with notes reminiscent of citrus and exotic fruits.
