<p>A sparkling red wine, vibrant garnet colour with a lively mousse. The nose leads with spice, fruit and hints of chocolate and the palate follows through with soft bubbles, packed with dark brambly fruit and little black pepper. This wine is vinified in the traditional method for sparkling wines, similar to the method used in the Champagne.
