<p>Product DetailThis cask strength offering from Islay master Laphroaig is first aged in Bourbon barrels. It is then transferred into smaller ‘Quarter Casks’ than are 1/4 the size to mature further. The nose show notes of the signature peatiness, but is balanced by notes of vanilla and creme brulee. The palate is full and strong with a bit of burn from the cask strength but that is quickly countered by the intense flavor and balanced peat and sweetness.
