<p>A pale, beautifully balanced chardonnay with hints of vanilla on the nose and a winning cool climate acidity. Careful oak treatment has resulted in a wine of depth and balance.</p><p>The award-winning and family-owned Western Australian business was established in 2005, by Larry and his wife Edwina, and is now astutely recognised as one of Australia’s most successful and innovative wine producers.</p><p>A high rainfall harvest, careful selection and harvesting resulted is some very high-quality aromatic whites and Chardonnay. All our fruit for the season were hand-picked and colour sorted at the winery.</p><p>Fruit was hand picked, whole bunch pressed, fermented with natural yeasts and aged in new and two year old French oak prior to bottling.</p><p>Perfect with pan-fried halibut with wild mushrooms and gnocchi.</p>
