<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>A lovely wine made from local Sumoll grapes, which are grown at altitude in the foothills of the Montserrat moutains. Naturall fermented and aged for 8 months in amphorae, it is medium-bodied with aromas of red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, as well as spice and herbs. The palate is juicy and refreshing, with a nice minerality and a long finish. </p><p>Celler La Salada was set up by Toni Carbó to continue the work of his grandfather and father on land that has never been treated with synthetic products. In the winery, he works with minimal intervention and without adding wine products.
