<p>When Elena Pantaleoni took over her family’s Emilia-Romagna estate in 1993, she decided to focus on the vineyards. By replanting local grape varieties and introducing organic viticulture, she transformed the historic La Stoppa into a forward-thinking producer of authentic, low-intervention wines. La Stoppa is now one of the most exciting producers in the region.
