After letting the wine air for a bit we have aromas of dark, black fruits; blackberry mixed with red fruit and we find again this sour cherry. We also have a slight whiff of toasted oak. The palate reveals a wine with silky melt in your mouth tannins. An explosion of red fruit, like when you pierce the skin of ripe cherry. This is added by a touch of acidity at the end.
