<p>A truly unique 100% Syrah pét-nat with aromas of buttered popcorn, cream, yogurt, strawberry, and a hint of smoke. The palate brings vibrant raspberry, sour cherry, and a mineral edge.</p><p>Made from organic, hand-harvested Syrah, this sparkling red is fermented with indigenous yeasts in fibreglass tanks and bottled using the méthode ancestrale—unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulphur.</p><p>This wine is made by Marine Leys, a talented and promising female winemaker.
