Fermented in stainless steel vats for maceration and maloactic fermentation. Stabilized in insulated tanks with our state-of-the art cold-controlled computerized automatic system. Designated Joven (young) unoaked.</p><p><u>Tasting Note</u></p><p>From the best grapes, a 50%-50% blend of Tempranillo and Syrah produces a bright cherry red with violet tones. Aromas of cherries and plums enhanced by pepper and licorice. Round with a long and fruity finish.</p><p><u>Food Pairing</u></p><p>Perfect house red that can be enjoyed with pasta, pizza, burgers, grilled and roasted meats. A chacuterie board with semi-hard cheeses, toasted baguettes, iberico ham, chirizo sausage would be very nice.</p>
