<p>ORGANIC/ NATURAL/ LOW SULPHITE/ VEGAN</p><p>This 12% Pét-Nat from Jura legend Étienne Thibault is pure and unique, with no additions. A Chardonnay-Savagnin blend, its golden hue hints at skin contact. </p><p>Aged 24 months before disgorgement, it bursts with apricot, sultana, quince, and lime. Soft, gentle bubbles make for an easy, irresistible drink—distinct from classic Jura but absolutely delicious. Best enjoyed in one sitting!</p><p>Etienne Thiebaud started making his wine at Domaine des Cavarodes in the village of Cramans in the northern part of the Jura in 2007. He makes wines of amazing purity that reflect the terroir from which they come on either side of the Loue River and across to Arbois.
