This is a lovely fusion of regions where the Provençal grape Rolle (aka Vermentino) joins Viognier in a textured, weighty yet elegant white. Traditional vinification, with a long fermentation at low temperature is then followed by bottling quickly to preserve the wines wonderful freshness and fruit.Food Match: Pairs perfectly with a pissaladière (onion/olive/anchovy savoury tart), wild asparagus in omelette, fritters of courgette flowers, grilled cuttle fish, or simply as an aperitif.
