<p>The Cotes du Roussillon Villages Bila Haut is deep red garnet. Black cherries. Well-structured with sweet meaty tannins.The wine had the heat and wildness of the Roussillon area. </p><p> The plots are located on the slopes of the high Agly Valley. They are composed of gneiss and schist from the Devonian Period. Extraction is conducted entirely by daily punching of the cap and the maceration lasts between 2 to 4 weeks, monitored by daily tastings. Maturing : The ageing takes place in vats. </p><p> A good match with Beef or Mediterranean food </p><p> Syrah, Grenache and Carignan</p>
