<p>This single malt, single cask Irish whiskey comes from Darryl McNally – former Bushmills and Dublin Liberties master distiller – who’s reviving his family’s whiskey heritage in County Antrim, home of the historic Limavady distillery. Partnered with WhistlePig, it’s crafted from sourced Irish whiskey aged in ex-Bourbon and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.</p><p>Expect a fruity, floral nose with orange marmalade, honey, vanilla, and butterscotch. The palate is sweet and balanced with berries, ginger, allspice, and a malty richness. It finishes long, spicy, and slightly tart.</p><p>46% ABV, Vol. 70cl</p>
