<p>The distillery team still had a part pallet of their original launch bottle and were wondering what to do with them. Never liking to throw things out, co-founder Ross came up with the idea of doing a limited edition gin inspired by their Son-in-law who uses the bottle as an Olive-oil bottle. So with that in mind, Alyson developed a beautifully smooth gin made with the LinGin signature core botanicals plus Olive, Rosemary and Grapefruit. There are only 732 bottles. Each bottle is hand labelled and numbered and the first 30 bottles were signed by Alyson.</p>
