Complex nose of vanilla, blackberry, plum and griotte-cherries. The attack is rich and firm; the mouth expresses long lasting nuances of vanilla, garrigue, thyme and pepper. This is a smooth and rich wine with a very good length.Since 2019, the domaine, located in Tavel, has been run by François et Jean-Baptiste Lafond and is currently in the process of becoming a fully biodynamic estate.Food Match: Serve at 17 °C.
