<p>BIODYNAMIC / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Lovely, balanced Chardonnay from the Santa Ynez Valley in California. The grapes are partly aged in old barrels, partly in amphora, so it’s lean and layered. Lemony fresh fruit, some soft minerals, great acidity.
