<p>NATURAL / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>Pinkish-orange colour with the foamiest bubbles. Aromas of tangerine jelly on the nose lead to a riot of satsuma and citrus flavours, there’s crabapple and rhubarb with a refreshing tang of kumquat and a juicy, pulpy, ripe mango texture, alongside exotic baking spices on the finish. </p><p>The second vintage of Tim Wildman’s “Lost in a Field” project that rescues fast-disappearing heritage grape varieties planted in the UK in the last century and crafts them into delicious, low-intervention pét-nat.
