Its entry into the mouth is fresh and vertical, with great tension and nerve, and balanced acidity that provides fluidity. Lively expression of red fruit, fine tannins and roundness on the palate. Long and persistent finish.</p><p>It is ideal to enjoy with intensely flavoured game meats such as deer or wild boar marinated with herbs and accompanied by roasted vegetables.</p>
