It is produced by M. Chapoutier.M. Chapoutier is a winery founded in 1808 in the Burgundy region. It was one of the first to introduce the practice of biodynamics in the area and is currently producing in some of the best wine regions in France.The soils of the vineyards for Chapoutier Belleruche Blanc are of stony marl, clay and limestone. The harvested is performed mechanically at night so that the temperature of the grape is lower and to avoid oxidation of the must.
