The label design, vintage year, and packaging may vary depending on the producer’s updates and availability. Here, the vines grow in sandy-clay soil at an altitude of 350 metres. The surrounding mountains create a nice range of temperatures which helps concentrate the colouring matter in the grapes, while preserving the wine’s “bite”.HarvestThe harvesting of the ripe grapes is carried out by machine, taking care to respect the integrity of the grape berries.VinificationTraditional vinification in concrete tanks. The alcoholic fermentation is temperaturecontrolled to preserve the fresh fruit flavours. Short pumping over every day at regular intervals. The maceration lasts about three weeks.MaturingThe wine is aged 6 months in concrete vats.TastingColour: garnet red colour.Nose: complex and fine with notes of black fruit (blackberry / blackcurrant).Palate: fruity with lovely notes of liquorice. Silky tannins. Creating a precise and elegant wine with lovely freshness.Recommended food pairing: sauteed veal.M.Chapoutier, Luberon ‘La Ciboise’ Rouge</p>
