An excellent, bright and fresh wine with good structure and a creamy texture.The village of Chardonnay (yes, it exists!), is just to the west of Uchizy where the 30ha Talmard domaine is located.As far back as the 17th century, the name of Talmard can be found in the viticultural records in Macon. In 1997, Paul Talmard handed on the baton of the 30 hectare wine estate to his daughter Mallory and his son-in-law Benjamin, who have successfully taken over from him.
