<p>Delicate aromas and flavours of coconut preceed warm, clean, gently rounded spirit.</p><p>Basically it’s a blend of light Barbados white rums (a bit like Bacardi) that have been softened by a year ageing in American oak casks then mixed with coconut milk and high quality cane sugar. </p><p>The Rums are made with fine molasses from the island’s sugar cane plantations and pure spring water fermented then distilled in a continious still.</p>
