<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN</p><p>11 days skin contact, light amber colour, it has an aromatic nose with some waxy herbal notes. Classic orange wine flavours of ripe apricot, yellow plum and grapefruit zest with a savoury finish.</p><p>This vineyard was planted by Christoph’s father in the 90’s as an experiment for a new wine for the family’s portfolio. The idea was to make use of these grapes for a new skin-contact experiment, this being the second vintage.
