<p>Malvasia Riserva follows a white winemaking process which involves 12 months of aging in old French oak barriques and stabilization in steel tanks. The wine is bottled without filtration and remains in the cellar for more than 90 months.</p><p>Straw yellow in color in the glass, it offers a predominantly bouquet to the nose floral where hints of chamomile, hawthorn, broom, lime blossom and orange blossom prevail, as well as fruity notes of candied orange and pear.</p><p>A well structured and balanced wine, heat, with a lit flavor and a finish to be savored that offers a pleasant aroma of custard.</p><p>Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany first and second courses of fish and sushi.</p>
