<p>Marchesi Antinori Toscana IGT Rosato Giardino 2022 The Santa Cristina Rosato Antinori is a Toscana Rosato IGT produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes in the Santa Cristina winery, founded in 2006.</p><p>After harvesting the individual grapes by variety, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and immediately softly pressed to obtain a lightly colored must; the other part, however, after destemming and pressing, was left to macerate for a few hours in stainless steel tanks. The must obtained was cooled to a temperature of 10°C to promote its natural clarification. After 48 hours it was transferred to stainless steel tanks where alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 15°C. The wine thus obtained was stored in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 10°C to preserve its aromatic component.</p><p>Intense salmon pink in colour, it has hints of dog rose, wild strawberry and ripe apple. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with a good alternation between body and fruit load, good structure and medium persistence.</p><p>Perfect for white meats, beef tartare, vegetable-based first courses and pasta omelettes. </p>
