<p>A lively Merlot from Pomerol, Bordeaux. In the glass, it’s deep ruby, with aromas of rose and violets, sour cherry, and a hint of leather. On the palate you’ll find notes of dark fruit, peppery spice, and velvety tannins. Medium bodied, with a pleasant acidic finish.</p><p>Fermented naturally and aged in amphorae, with very little intervention and low sulphur.
