Martín Códax Licor de Hierbas is obtained from Albariño grape marc. It is distilled by steam distillation, slowly and constantly, which allows the aromatic components to appear. Bodegas Martín Códax was born in 1986 and took the name of the most famous Galician troubadour, who sang about love and the sea that bathes Galicia.
