<p>BIODYNAMIC / LOW SULPHITE / VEGAN</p><p>This is a juicy, bold, and little wild natural red. The fruit notes are dominated by blackberry, blueberry, and black cherry with earth and leather on the long finish. There is a touch of fizz when you first open the bottle, which gives it a fantastic tingle, but if that is not for you simply let the bottle rest for ten minutes before drinking. The name translates literally as <em>No matter what</em>, referencing the winery’s natural approach to winemaking. </p><p>Mas Coutelou is run by Jeff Coutelou who has been making biodynamic wines since 1987.
