<p>A fresh and lively Cava with complex flavours of baked apples and stone fruits with herbal notes and some nutty, marzipan, yeasty notes from time on the lees. Good acidity and a long, dry savoury finish.</p><p>Made from classic Cava cultivated on the 60 hectare Mas Macia estate in the Penedes region near Barcelona. Brut Nature is created from Macabeo, Xarel lo and Parellada, using the traditional Cava method. The finished Cava has very small, fine, persistent bubbles, which are a result of the low temperatures in the wine. The wine sees extended maturation (22 months) before disgorgement to enhance the complex, fruity aromas. For ‘Nature’ the dosage is at zero sugar levels.</p><p>Excellent on its own as an occasion wine or try with salted almonds and other tapas.</p>
