<p>This atypical rosé is both elegant and complex, with aromas of spiced earl grey, rose and grenadine; juicy wild strawberry and pomegranate on the palate are undercut by an herbaceous note. Made from organic Grenache, Merlot, and Muscat grapes—hand-harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts—after just one night of maceration. Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with no added sulphur.</p><p>Mataburro is the project of natural winemakers Laurent Roger and Melissa Ingrand, based in Rivesaltes near Perpignan in Southern France. Despite the warm Mediterranean climate, their wines show remarkable freshness.
