<p>ORGANIC / NATURAL / VEGAN</p><p>This aromatic orange wine is made from a field blend of Kerner and Riesling, with extended skin contact that imparts flavours of baked apples, honey, and nectarine. Bright citrus notes and a mineral note give it a lively finish. Naturally fermented with wild yeasts and aged in old Slovenian barrels, it’s unfined, unfiltered, and bone-dry with a rich texture and saline edge. </p><p>Matija Žerjav, or Matic for friends, is a biodynamic winemaker known for his experimental approach.
