<p>ORGANIC / VEGAN / LOW SULPHITE</p><p>This is a cloudy, aromatic white blend from Austrian wunderkind Matthias Warnung. Spontaneous fermentation, unfiltered, and minimal sulphur addition. It’s fresh, but grounded by some of the grapes spending two weeks on skins.
