<p>ORGANIC (UNCERTIFIED) / VEGAN / NATURAL / NO ADDED SULPHITES</p><p>Fragrant and citrus-led Chardonnay, with a strong grip and tropical fruit. It’s spontaneously fermented in steel for freshness, then aged on its lees in old oak for structure and texture.</p><p>Jean Maupertuis maintains his 3.5 hectare plots all himself, hand pruning and picking, and upholding organic practices.
