Crunchy, sappy and dripping with red fruit, this is a vivid and lively Gamay. Perfect red for sunny days, ideally served lightly chilled.</p><p>Jean Maupertuis maintains his 3.5 hectare plots all himself, hand pruning and picking, and upholding organic practices.
