Funky, juicy fruit, lots of minerals and a lingering finish. This is dry, with a surprising amount of body despite its refreshing palate.</p><p>Jean Maupertuis maintains his 3.5 hectare plots all himself, hand pruning and picking, and upholding organic practices.
