<p>Mazzetti d’Altavilla Grappa Barbera and Dolcetto 18.46 Riserva (0.7L, 43% Vol.) Riserva 18.46 is born from patient aging in fine woods, the product of expert cellar cuts whose name – over 18 months of aging in battery number 46 – refers directly to the date of foundation of the company. Distillation: with discontinuous process and subsequent aging for over twelve months in Allier Oak barriques. The extraction is followed by assembly and further refinement for at least six months in chestnut barrels. Distillate obtained from the pomace of the “red” Barbera and Dolcetto, blended to create a blend, in a perfect suspension, all to be enjoyed, between the dry and aromatic profiles.
