A full-bodied, intense and rich red wine, whose cultivation is fundamentally concentrated on the sandy soils in the warmest valley areas of Alto Adige. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in used tonneaux and barriques.</p><p>EVALUATION OF THE WINEMAKER:The color is dark garnet red. In the nose it has aromas of violets, cherries and bitter chocolate.
